Created on behalf of the US Merchant Marine Academy Alumni Association to promote the fifth branch of the US Armed Forces. In conjunction with a geo targeted social and digital OOH campaign, this historical overlook at the Merchant Marines and Academy, served to promote the importance of this branch during discussions of budget allotment by lawmakers.
