Johns Hopkins University needed a compelling way to communicate the need for funds to support their ongoing research into fighting malaria. MRB Creative Director, Bryan Elsom, and Writer, Dan Wolf, developed a concept that would explore how research scientists see the world. By incorporating visual metaphor and capturing passionate statements from scientists, including Nobel laureate, Dr. Peter Agre, MRB created an emotional film that visualizes the disease from a very personal perspective. The film is being used in large presentations to stakeholders and as interactive digital content.

...Gotta love shooting 4K footage at 48fps. With so much data captured you really can control the look of the piece in post. Apparently Peter Jackson is doing the same thing for his new film, The Hobbit... Great minds...
