Washington Gas hadn’t been on TV in 22 years, so they needed something fresh. We collaborated with SmithGifford to create an anthem TV spot that incorporated a graphic split screen approach. In the piece, the movement and composition of the personnel working at Washington Gas, is mirrored by the framing of customers enjoying the benefits of natural gas. Director, Bryan Elsom did extensive location scout photography with the agency ACD, Kevin Richards, to develop composites in the framing and compositional elements for the three day shoot.

...Gotta love shooting 4K footage at 48fps. With so much data captured you really can control the look of the piece in post. Apparently Peter Jackson is doing the same thing for his new film, The Hobbit... Great minds...
